Byzantine - The Fundamental Component

My apologies to all you rock and metal fans out there for not giving you something to chew on for a while. But to appease your appetite, I supply you with this: Byzantine's The Fundamental Component. This album is right at the line between hard rock and light metal; the guitars are heavy and the vocals are harsh, but not so much that it sounds like true metal. When listened to, there almost seems to be a drone influence on the guitars, making for quite the interesting listen. Overall, this is a very solid album that belongs in the collection of any fan of any rock/metal fan.

This is pure metal, I don't see how it borders hard rock at all. ISYF I think you listen to too much heavy music to know what's only hard rock. Some Danko Jones stuff for example might border on metal, but not this.
